I want to ride my bicycle

Last night I had 30 minutes of cross-training on my training schedule, and per my book's recommendation, I hopped on a stationary bike. Since I never ride the bike, I just selected a hill workout that looked good, leaned back and pedaled. The seat was reclined, had a back and arm rests to it and was a little cushiony. At first I thought that I must have been doing something wrong because I was too comfortable, but everyone around me was doing the same thing I was, so I leaned back, flipped the channel to E! and had an enjoyable 30 minute workout watching "Britney Spears: Fall From Grace." At the end of the workout, I had worked up a decent sweat and had enjoyed watching old footage of Justin Timberlake's corn rows and bad wardrobe choices.
"Help me bring sexy back."

Sounds like the cross-training went well. Those reclined exercise bikes are pretty comfortable aren't they. I used one once that was linked into a video game system and allowed the people in the gym to compete against one another.

Anyhow, I hope you're having a great day!

Is skiing considered cross-training? What about tele?
